Budget estimate

$150,000 – $500,000

The RFP does not disclose a total contract value; typical lobbying contracts for a district of this size range from $150k to $500k annually based on scope, staff hours, and deliverables. The estimate assumes a mid‑range hourly rate and a modest annual lump‑sum for the six functional areas, plus overhead and compliance costs.
