Description
The Columbia County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals for Christmas Lighting Services. The objective is to establish a contract with a vendor to provide all design, labor, installation, equipment, etc. needed to install and maintain Christmas lights on the specified buildings, landscape, and structures located at the Evans Towne Center Park and the Evans Market Pavilion.
• The proposal must include all design, labor, installation, equipment, etc. needed for the project.
• A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET at the Evans Towne Center Park Ticket Booth.
• Proposals are due no later than July 9, 2026, at 12:00:00 PM ET.
• The contract will be awarded to the vendor that best meets the requirements and specifications outlined in the proposal document.
