Alta Harris Park - Phase 2 and 3

City of Boise is seeking bids for the design‑build construction of Alta Harris Park Phase 2 and Phase 3. The work includes site grading, erosion and traffic control, demolition, utility installation (future fiber‑optic and electrical conduit), parking‑lot construction, permeable‑paver and bioretention installations, concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, irrigation system, constructed wetland, landscape planting, tree/shrub installation, and optional amenities such as a prefabricated restroom and shade pavilions. A 5 % bid bond is required and the contractor must meet Idaho licensing requirements for any self‑performed mechanical trades. • Phase 2 (Jul‑Dec 2026): East parking lot, sidewalks, greenbelt walk, soccer fields, optional restroom, shade shelters, trees. • Phase 3 (Mar‑Jun 2027): West parking lot, wetland basin, vehicular gate, optional greenbelt walk. • Requires detailed submittals, permits, and compliance with Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction; awards will be based on best interest of the City.
