The City of Cleveland is seeking a vendor to provide monthly maintenance for three heavy‑duty parts‑cleaner machines located at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The service includes supplying cleaning solvent, replacing filters, providing required certifications, and handling waste disposal manifests. The contract is limited to a maximum total value of $1,250 or one year of service, whichever occurs first, and all bids must be submitted electronically by the deadline.
• Monthly parts‑cleaner maintenance for two 16‑gallon units and one 30‑gallon unit
• Supply of 15 gallons of mineral‑spirit solvent (or equivalent) plus any extra usage
• Required SDS, SARA III, material‑handling, petroleum and underground‑storage‑tank certifications, plus disposal manifests
• All shipping costs must be included in the quoted unit price; no separate freight charges accepted.
