Description
The Gwinnett County Government is seeking bids for the construction of the Beaver Ruin Diversion Pump Station Grinders Replacement Project. The project includes the replacement and installation of grinder units, influent and effluent slide gates, and other related work. The project is expected to be substantially complete within 450 days after the contract commencement date.
• Replacement and installation of three existing grinder units with new rail systems, channel modifications, and control panels
• Replacement and installation of three existing influent slide gates with actuators
• Replacement and installation of three existing effluent slide gates
• Replacement and installation of two existing influent wet well slide gates
• Replacement and installation of one existing wet well crossover slide gate
• Raising of concrete wet well baffle wall and platform elevations
• Relocation and re-installation of existing flushing system
• Installation of electrical conduit and designed routing with MCC configuration
