Residential Facility Capital Funding

Pierce County is seeking proposals for the development of one or more state-licensed residential facilities that provide services to people with behavioral health needs. The facility must accept Medicaid, provide Medicaid-reimbursable medical and behavioral health services, and be operated by a provider with demonstrated experience in serving individuals with behavioral health disorders. The facility must also be located within a city, town, or Urban Growth Area, and provide food, health care, and essential services to residents. The County has allocated $3,000,000 in 1590 funds for capital costs associated with the development of these facilities.
