ISBEE/IEE Sources Sought - Physical Therapist Services for Crow SU

The Indian Health Service is seeking to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs), Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE), and any other category of vendor capable of performing physical therapist services at the Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency, Montana. The services shall be scheduled on weekdays, Monday through Friday, in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The selected vendor will be required to provide physical therapy services, including but not limited to, providing physical therapy services at the Crow Service Unit according to the draft PWS. • The vendor must have an active roster of physical therapists with the specific qualifications required under this potential contract. • The vendor must be able to provide the same physical therapist at the specified schedule. • The vendor must have a quality assurance process for verifying provider credentials and capabilities prior to submission. • The vendor must be able to demonstrate how they will receive at least 51% of the earnings from the awarded contract.
