Parkland Health is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive 340B Underpayments Recovery Services. The contractor will identify, analyze, and recover under‑payments related to the 340B drug‑pricing program, primarily from Medicare Advantage payers, and will deliver a suite of analytical reports, recovery plans, and final financial impact summaries. The work is structured as a one‑time project with optional IDIQ extensions, requiring compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, and Texas security regulations, and mandates vendor credentialing on Symplr.
• Conduct data‑driven analysis of ~2,045 340B claims per year to pinpoint under‑payments.
• Develop and execute recovery action plans, negotiate with Medicare Managed Care Organizations, and provide regular progress reporting.
• Meet stringent IT security, HIPAA/B AA, and disaster‑recovery requirements, and maintain ongoing compliance documentation.
