Description
The Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission is soliciting proposals for real estate legal services associated with the potential acquisition of the land and building located at 87 State Street, Montpelier, VT. The scope of work includes reviewing and commenting on the Offer to Purchase, providing recommendations on the structure of the acquisition, and assessing the structure and setup for redevelopment. The selected consultant will provide legal services to support the efforts of the Commission, the State of Vermont, and the City of Montpelier to acquire and redevelop the property.
