Description
The County’s public‑school system is seeking a vendor to provide on‑site repair services and OEM parts for a range of custodial equipment (burnishers, scrubbers, vacuums, etc.) across multiple school sites, including secure locations at Fort George G. Meade. The contractor must work on a fixed‑hourly rate, deliver parts FOB destination, and meet insurance, background‑check, and registration requirements.
• Repair labor at a fixed $50 per hour for all listed equipment types.
• Supply OEM replacement parts with a minimum 15 % discount off‑list prices.
• Provide service and part delivery to the AACPS Operating Supply Warehouse, adhering to specified delivery windows and secure‑site access protocols.
