Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotations for storage trailers. The trailers must be new or unused prior model year trailers that meet the salient characteristics. The quotation due date is April 28, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. The questions deadline is April 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the trailers to the specified location, where site coordination will be provided by the government. The trailers must be positioned, supported by landing gear, and stabilized to prevent movement.
Some key requirements include:
• The trailers must be manufactured by any manufacturer, as an SBA Class Nonmanufacturer Rule waiver applies.
• A Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin is acceptable for title-transfer requirements.
• A current OEM or dealer quotation satisfies the mandatory supply chain requirement.
• Equivalent products that meet the salient characteristics are acceptable.
• The trailers must be leveled, stable, and ready for immediate use.
• Rear roll-up doors are acceptable configurations.
