J045--Grease Trap Service- Base plus 4 Option Years

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources to provide Grease Trap Services for the Central Texas Veterans Health Care Facilities, specifically at the Temple VA and Waco Doris Miller VA locations. The scope of work includes scraping, degreasing, pressure washing, and pumping grease traps, as well as emergency grease trap services. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring proper protection and barriers are in place to deter traffic and safeguard the area from vehicles and pedestrians. The work shall be performed in compliance with local codes and VA standards. * The contract will be for a base year plus 4 option years * The contractor will be required to submit inspection reports to the City of Waco and VA Engineering Department * The contractor will be responsible for disposing of materials, grease, sludge, and trash * The contractor will be required to provide safety barricades, devices, and equipment to protect personnel and property * The contractor will be required to keep the area picked up and free of debris
