Helitorch (Sole Source Notice,) Superior National Forest

The US Forest Service is intending to negotiate with Simplex Manufacturing Co. for the purchase of two Simplex 5400 Helitorches. The agency believes that Simplex is the only source capable of satisfying their requirements.
