RIVERS PROJECT OFFICE PROPERTY MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR IDIQ

The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking a firm to provide property maintenance and repair services for U.S. Government lands and facilities. The services will include repair, installation, demolition, removal/disposal, flood control, rehabilitation, and restoration of structures, roads, parking lots, access areas, levees, drainage ditches, drainage features, creeks, wetlands, watersheds, shorelines, boat ramps, locks, and dams infrastructure. The contract areas will include alluvial floodplains, federal owned grounds, lock and dams, facilities, recreational sites, and watersheds in various Missouri and Illinois counties. • The contractor will be required to furnish all equipment, labor, operators, supervision/site superintendent, quality control, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary to perform the work. • The contract areas and construction limits will be specified within each task order. • The contractor may be required to perform work within specific Missouri and Illinois counties during emergency circumstances. • The contractor will be required to comply with the contract specifications and perform the work in accordance with the specifications.
