RFQ_38_26 City of Valdosta Annual Bulk Oils and Lubes

The City of Valdosta is seeking a vendor to provide bulk oils and lubes for a 1-year period, with the option to renew for an additional 4 years. The contract requires the vendor to provide a cost-plus mark-up approach and to deliver products within 2 hours of order placement. The vendor must also provide bulk tanks and pumps at no cost to the City. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time with 30 days' written notice. * The contract includes the provision of various types of oil and lube products, including hydraulic oil, diesel engine oil, and transmission fluid. * The vendor must be licensed to do work in the State of Georgia and must provide a copy of their E-Verify number and W-9 number with their bid. * The City requires the vendor to accept City procurement card for payment with no additional charges added. * The vendor must also offer the same pricing and terms to any fully or partially funded City of Valdosta entity. * A site visit is recommended at the City of Valdosta Fleet Maintenance Center located at 1015 Myrtle St., Valdosta, GA 31601.
