The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Corps Medical Supply, LLC for the Haag-Streit Simulation Eyesi Surgical Complete System. The system will be used at the Simulation Center for the Fayetteville VAMC. The contract is for a firm fixed price, and the Government believes that Corps Medical Supply, LLC is the sole provider of the system and its related maintenance.
