Description
The City of Vancouver is opening a pre‑qualification (RFA) to identify qualified Cured‑in‑Place Pipe (CIPP) vendors for its Sewer Repair and Rehabilitation Program. Selected vendors will be entered into a standing‑offer agreement (initial term three years, with up to two three‑year extensions) and will be invited to bid on annual Request‑for‑Services packages from 2026‑2034 to relining 30‑50 sewer mains per year. The scope includes design, traffic‑control planning, permitting, pipe cleaning, CIPP installation (full or partial), grouting, environmental protection, and post‑installation testing, all performed to City of Vancouver construction specifications and professional‑engineer‑sealed designs.
