Landscaping Maintenance Services, Parts, Supplies, & Equipment

Midland Independent School District (MISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional turf and landscaping maintenance services, including the supply of landscaping parts, materials, and equipment, for various MISD campuses, athletic fields, and undeveloped land. The scope of work includes general requirements, cleaning, lawn maintenance, tree, shrub, and flowerbed care, and additional responsibilities. The district reserves the right to award contracts to multiple vendors, dividing the work by location or service area. • Key responsibilities include maintaining grass height, mowing frequency, and edging, as well as cleaning walkways and flowerbeds. • Vendors must provide a comprehensive turnkey annual rate that includes all labor, materials, and routine maintenance services required under this RFP. • The district will evaluate all pricing structures submitted, including turnkey pricing, per-campus pricing, hourly rates, equipment discounts, and multi-campus discount options.
