Proposal for HVAC Restoration and Upgrade Systems

The Navajo Nation Department of Corrections is seeking a single qualified HVAC/Controls contractor to restore, repair, and upgrade the heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning, and building‑automation systems at the Tuba City Adult Correction Facility. The work includes replacing an outdated Metasys BAS, troubleshooting a BACnet MSTP network, repairing/replacing numerous rooftop units, split‑system units, walk‑in freezers, boilers, pumps, and 36 exhaust fans, and providing a 90‑day rental freezer to maintain cold storage during construction.
