The Borough of Atlantic Highlands is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to operate a business concession at its municipal marina location (Block 118, Lot 2.02, 17 First Avenue). The contractor will lease the commercial space and run a retail or food‑service operation serving marina patrons and the general public.
