26-275 Utilities Billing Customer Information System

The City of Augusta is seeking a utility billing software and Customer Information System (CIS) to manage its utility services. The selected vendor will be responsible for implementing the software solution, including data conversion, training, and support. The system must integrate with existing systems and provide features such as customer account management, billing and collections, meter reading systems, and customer payment and portal systems.
