Description
The Oregon City School District is seeking a qualified firm to provide Building Envelope Inspections and Testing Consultant Services for the OCSD 2025 Bond Projects. The scope of work includes major renovations at six elementary schools and Career and Technical Education (CTE) renovations at Oregon City High School. The selected firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive building envelope design review, field inspections, and testing services to ensure the integrity of the building envelope systems. The firm will also be required to coordinate with the design team, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a successful project outcome.
