The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a qualified lessor to provide a fully‑serviced lease of approximately 4,190 ABOA sf (≈ 4,400 RSF) of office space in Whiteville, North Carolina. The lease will be a 20‑year firm term with an optional 5‑year extension and includes all operating‑cost items, tenant‑improvement allowances, parking, and compliance with extensive federal requirements (energy‑efficiency, accessibility, security Level I, environmental, historic‑preservation, and NEPA). The award will be based on the lowest‑priced technically acceptable proposal after a present‑value price evaluation.
