Description
The Norfolk Naval Shipyard is seeking a rental space for three career fairs scheduled for July, September, and November 2026. The rental space should be capable of hosting a minimum of 700 up to 1500 people. The space should have a minimum of 15,000 square feet and provide a separate area for interviews with privacy barriers. The contractor will be responsible for providing tables, chairs, linens, and skirting, as well as ensuring high-speed wireless internet connection and surge protectors. The contractor will also be required to provide security guards and personnel to maintain the facility operations during the career fair.
