ADOA On-Call Civil Engineering

Arizona’s Department of Administration is establishing up to ten one‑year on‑call civil‑engineering contracts (renewable up to a total of five years) that state agencies can use for design, construction administration, constructability reviews, energy‑efficiency analysis, and related services. Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) demonstrating recent project experience, key personnel, and compliance certifications (boycott of Israel, forced‑labor Uyghur ban, etc.) and must be able to operate Procore for project management.
