Description
The Shelby County Government is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of the Whitehaven Clinic, a health‑services facility. The scope is extensive and follows CSI MasterFormat divisions, covering everything from site earthwork and foundations through structural masonry, metal roofing, curtain walls, doors and hardware, interior finishes, specialty systems (demountable partitions, sun‑control devices, decorative fences and gates), fire‑suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and associated site improvements.
