The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) Ferry Division is seeking qualified vendors to supply enclosed, towable mobile work‑station trailers and accompanying spare generators. The trailers will serve as sheltered ticket‑checking and reservation workspaces for ferry personnel and must be relocatable, weather‑resistant, and equipped with safety features, power, HVAC, storage, and a generator capable of at least 28 hours of continuous operation. The contract is a term‑based agreement initially for six months with an optional six‑month renewal, allowing the State to order up to eight trailers and matching generators in the initial order, with the possibility of additional units later. Bids are due electronically by September 28, 2026, with questions due by September 21, 2026. Evaluation will be based on lowest responsive price that meets the detailed specifications.
