Description
Arapahoe Community College (ACC) is seeking a qualified landscape services vendor to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services for the Littleton Campus. The scope of work includes mowing, trimming, edging, aeration, seasonal cleanup, bed maintenance, and related landscape care activities. The selected vendor will be expected to perform services in coordination with ACC Facilities staff, adhere to established schedules, respond to operational needs and unforeseen conditions, and conduct all work in a manner that minimizes disruption to academic programs, pedestrian traffic, and campus activities.
• The contract will cover the period from the date the contract is signed, or the purchase order is issued, through June 30, 2029, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms.
• The vendor must have at least 10 years of experience managing landscape services for colleges, universities, or similar institutional campuses.
• The vendor must provide a certificate of insurance for general liability, workers' compensation, and automobile insurance.
• The evaluation criteria include price (20%), experience and qualifications (20%), proposal quality (40%), and references (20%).
