The Town of Exeter is seeking a vendor to print, bind, and deliver 700 copies of its combined 2019 Town and School Annual Report. The vendor must handle all aspects of production, from inserting supplied copy into a 235‑page interior (plus front and back covers) to providing a complete PDF of the final report. Pricing must include a lump‑sum rate for the standard 235‑page layout and per‑page rates for any additional or reduced pages. Delivery of the printed reports is required by March 1 2020 at the town office, with payment split between the town and the school district on a 2/3‑1/3 basis.
