Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information from potential qualified sources capable of meeting the requirements for the installation and removal/disposal of mental health mattresses at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital-Mental Health Clinic and Domiciliary in Tampa, FL. The selected vendor/contractor will provide project management, procurement, installation of behavior health mattresses, removal and disposal of existing mattresses, and warranty services for the new mattresses. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to satisfy the needs of each ordering activity. The vendor/contractor must also provide a post-installation walkthrough and address any punch-list items.
• The contractor must provide and install new mattresses at the Tampa VA Domiciliary.
• The contractor must provide project management, procurement, installation of behavior health mattresses, removal and disposal of existing mattresses, and warranty services for the new mattresses.
• The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to satisfy the needs of each ordering activity.
• The contractor must perform a post-installation walkthrough and address any punch-list items.
• The contractor must provide a warranty booklet at completion of the project.
