Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking bids for the supply of pole line hardware, including steel pins, oil stops, cut-outs, and other equipment. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the goods to the City's designated location. The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest and best bid, with consideration given to unit price and delivery time. Bidders must submit their bids electronically to [email protected]. The bid documents must include the Document ID Number, Bid Description, Buyer's Name, and Closing Date.
• The bid must include a completed Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices Disclosure form.
• The bid must include a completed Wage Theft and Payroll Fraud Disclosure form.
• Bidders must comply with all terms and conditions of the bid.
• Bidders must submit their bids in a sealed envelope marked with the RFB number.
• Bidders must provide a Material Safety Data Sheet with each applicable item.
• Bidders must not contact the Requestor, only the Buyer.
• Bidders must include all shipping charges in the unit price of each item.
