Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance, repair, and service of elevators, escalators, and dumbwaiters at various city locations. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements, as well as providing call-back service for emergency situations. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with optional renewal periods. The contractor must have a minimum of three years of documented experience in elevator inspection, maintenance, and repair services.
• The contractor will be required to provide a management audit program and semi-annual reviews of work performed.
• The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the equipment in a safe and dependable condition.
• The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and workers' compensation coverage.
• The contractor will be paid on a firm, fixed-price basis, with payments made upon presentation of a properly executed invoice.
