Time Charter Lease for Transportation and Logistics Support in Support of United States Coast Guard (USCG)

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking a contractor to provide transportation and logistics support services via a Time Charter Lease. The contractor will be responsible for providing the necessary support to fulfill the transportation and logistics requirements described in the attachments. The place of performance includes the Caribbean Basin, Gulf of America, and surrounding areas. The period of performance is a 6-month base period with a 6-month option. The contractor will be required to provide a vessel that meets the threshold requirements outlined in the Task Order Statement of Work (SOW) and the Task Order Threshold Requirements spreadsheet. Some of the key requirements include: • Providing a vessel with a minimum of 2,250 sqft of deck area, including 800 sqft of relatively dry deck area • Meeting the IDIQ requirements for a dedicated and lockable planning conference room • Providing a hazardous material locker with a minimum size of 3 feet wide, 2 feet deep, and 6 feet high • Meeting the requirements for cargo segregation and refueling systems • Providing a stock inventory for resupply of Coast Guard cutters The contractor will be evaluated based on their ability to meet the threshold requirements, and the cost of the proposal will be evaluated for completeness and reasonableness.
