CB26 002 Banana River and Atlantic Ave Sewer Adjustment

The City of Cocoa Beach is seeking bids for the Banana River and Atlantic Ave Sewer Adjustment project. The project involves the removal and replacement of existing sewer pipes, installation of new sewer pipes, and other related work. The scope of work includes temporary bypass pumping, construction temporary site access, MOT, utility replacement/relocation, erosion control, dewatering, and restoration. • The project requires the removal and replacement of approximately 50 LF of existing 8" VCP gravity sewer pipe with 8" PVC gravity sewer pipe. • The project requires the installation of approximately 9 LF of 8" PVC gravity sewer pipe. • The project requires the grouting and abandonment of approximately 25 LF of existing 8" gravity sewer. • The project requires the removal of approximately 51 LF of existing 10" VCP gravity sewer. • The project requires the removal and replacement of approximately 51 LF of existing 12" PVC gravity sewer. • The project requires the installation of 24 LF of 6" PVC service line. • The project requires 4 core borings to existing manholes and removal and replacement of 1 new sanitary manhole.
