Description
The Department of Public Safety, Records, Communications, and Compliance Division (RCCD) is seeking a non-competitive contract with SEARCH Group, Incorporated to participate in criminal history Data Quality improvement efforts and provide RCCD with operational metrics for its Computerized Criminal History (CCH) system. The contract will allow RCCD to evaluate and assess the completeness, accuracy, consistency, and reliability of criminal history records. The services include providing a dashboard program to implement the criminal history DQ program, which will enable RCCD to generate detailed DQ metrics.
• The contract is for a period of 16 months, from January 13, 2025, to April 30, 2026.
• The estimated total value of the contract is $92,500.00.
• The funding source is 100% Federal Grant.
• The contract is exempt from competitive bidding due to the unique qualifications and services provided by SEARCH Group, Incorporated.
