Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking a small‑business contractor to perform a full office rehabilitation at the RTOIL facility on Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu, CA. The work includes demolition of existing finishes, installation of new LED lighting, painting, flooring replacement, whiteboard installation, and relocation of furniture, all under a firm‑fixed‑price contract. The contractor must meet extensive safety, insurance, and reporting requirements, submit submittals one week before each phase, and complete the project within 120 days of notice to proceed.
• Demolition of carpet, vinyl, baseboards, and window blinds.
• Electrical upgrades: install 53 LED troffer fixtures, dimming/occupancy sensors, and related wiring.
• Interior finishes: paint ~9,000 sf of walls, install new carpet‑tile and vinyl plank flooring, and add magnetic glass whiteboards.
• Required deliverables: QC plan, schedule, safety & environmental submittals, weekly production reports, and WAWF electronic invoicing.
