Comprehensive Afterschool and Summer Enrichment Services

Lewisville ISD seeks a turnkey, revenue‑generating after‑school and summer enrichment program for Pre‑K through 8th‑grade students across multiple campuses. The selected vendor will assume full operational responsibility—including staffing, curriculum design, activity delivery, facilities, supplies, registration, communication, safety, and reporting—while operating under a self‑sustaining financial model that shares a percentage of gross program revenue with the district. The contract runs from November 2026 to July 2028 with three optional two‑year renewals, and the program operates roughly 2:30 pm‑6:30 pm on school days. • Provide all personnel (site director, supervisors, instructors, support staff) and maintain required student‑to‑staff ratios for each grade band. • Deliver a curriculum covering academic enrichment, fine arts, recreation/sports, character development, and community service. • Manage enrollment, fee collection, parent communication, attendance tracking, and safety protocols. • Submit detailed financial model showing revenue sources, fee structures, and proposed revenue‑share percentage to LISD. • Produce regular performance reports (enrollment, attendance, staffing, revenue, satisfaction, incidents). • Initial term Nov 2026‑Jul 2028; up to three two‑year renewals possible if not opted out 90 days prior to renewal dates.
