Description
The North Carolina Department of Administration is seeking bids for the modernization of four elevators at Parking Decks 75 and 76 in the Downtown Government Complex. The work includes the modernization of two elevators at each parking deck, as well as other work indicated in the contract documents. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held to address project-specific questions and issues. The project requires a single prime contractor with a proper General Contractors license.
