Description
The County is seeking a qualified contractor to mill and overlay the parking lot of a medical office building, including crack sealing, striping, and haul‑away of millings. The work must be performed with warm‑mix asphalt, meet specified temperature and compaction criteria, and be completed within the project window.
• Mill existing pavement (≈ 2‑in. depth) and place a 2‑in. warm‑mix asphalt overlay over ~8,783 sq yd (≈ 1,000 tons).
• Provide all required equipment (WMA plant, pavers, rollers, haul trucks) and perform crack sealing, striping, and quality‑control testing.
• Coordinate traffic control, maintain access during construction, haul milled material to the County’s storage site in Dillon, and comply with insurance, bonding, and CJIS background‑check requirements.
• Submit a detailed cost proposal, schedule, and qualifications by the March 25 2026 deadline; award expected March 30 2026.
