Description
The United States Army Research Laboratory (ARL) is seeking to procure eight battery-type uninterruptable power supplies (UPS) that meet the minimum requirements listed in the attached Salient Characteristics. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals, but any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement. The procurement will be conducted using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
• The procurement is for eight battery-type UPS.
