Description
The Lumpkin County Board of Commissioners is requesting sealed bids for the installation of 48” cross drain pipes and grading on Wahoo Creek Road. The project includes installing 3 lines of 48” HDPE pipe, each being 60 feet long, and grading on Wahoo Creek Road. The contractor will also be required to apply asphalt millings to the roadway for a distance of up to 325’ x 16’ wide and being 2 feet thick where it crosses the pipe. The project must be completed within 90 calendar days from the day the Notice to Proceed is issued.
• The project requires the installation of 48” cross drain pipes and grading on Wahoo Creek Road.
• The contractor must apply asphalt millings to the roadway for a distance of up to 325’ x 16’ wide and being 2 feet thick where it crosses the pipe.
• The project must be completed within 90 calendar days from the day the Notice to Proceed is issued.
• The contractor must provide a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount.
• The contractor must provide performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the total contract price.
