Description
The State of South Carolina is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to provide workers' compensation subrogation services. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing subrogation services to the South Carolina State Accident Fund. The contract will be for a period of five years, with no renewal options. The offeror must submit a proposal that includes a rate for each of the services listed in the chart provided. The rates must be all-inclusive and include all necessary costs. The proposal must also include a copy of the solicitation cover page, signed by a person authorized to contractually bind the business.
