2026-001, Construction Management at Risk Services - Justice Center & North St Gateway

The Cherokee County Government is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from Construction Managers at Risk with experience in justice facility, parking deck, and civic center mixed-use projects. The selected construction manager will provide comprehensive pre-construction and construction management services for two projects: the Justice Center Expansion and the North Street Development Gateway Project. • The Justice Center Expansion project is being undertaken by the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners. • The North Street Development Gateway Project is being undertaken by the Downtown Development Authority of Canton. • The construction manager will be responsible for providing pre-construction and construction management services. • All solicitations and associated documentation can be found on the Bidnet website. • Registration on Bidnet is required to participate in the solicitation process.
