Description
The Washtenaw Intermediate School District is soliciting proposals for High Point School water infiltration repairs. The project includes removing and reinstalling gravel stop fascia systems, metal panel systems, and furring, as well as providing temporary protections around the work site. The contractor will be responsible for supplying all equipment, labor, materials, applicable permits, insurance, and licenses required for the repair work. The project is expected to start on May 4, 2026, and be completed by August 14, 2026.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of their procedure for resolving unsatisfactory issues with service.
• The contractor must provide a labor and material payment bond and a performance bond, each covering the full amount of the contract sum.
• The contractor must comply with all federal and state laws, local bylaws, regulations, and orders.
• The contractor must provide a schedule of values and submit invoices by the 15th of each month for completed work.
