Description
The California Public Utilities Commission seeks a single‑vendor professional‑services firm to provide independent contract‑oversight management for the statewide CA Connect program. The contractor will serve as an objective auditor of multiple vendor‑partner agreements, validating deliverables, invoices, performance metrics, and risk items, and delivering consolidated reports and dashboards to the CPUC. Core responsibilities include transition‑in knowledge transfer, ongoing oversight methodology development, monthly and quarterly reporting, financial validation, risk and issue management, and coordination of an annual independent equipment inventory audit. The contract runs for a two‑year base period with possible extensions, has a maximum annual cost ceiling of $3.5 M, and requires three California‑based key staff (Program Oversight Director, Financial Oversight Lead, Reporting & Data Validation Lead) plus up to six support staff.
