On-Call - Project Management Oversight Services

The University of Connecticut is establishing an on‑call professional‑services master agreement for Project Management Oversight. Qualified firms will be pre‑qualified through a Statement of Qualifications (RFQ) process and, once selected, may be called on for individual purchase orders up to $1 M each. The work involves overseeing construction and capital‑project activities, providing schedule and cost control, quality assurance, and acting as the University’s representative on‑site or remotely.
