5-Year Sprinkler Inspection

The purpose of this requirement is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and documentation necessary to perform the required Five-Year Internal Inspection of the fire sprinkler system in accordance with NFPA 25 and all applicable state and local fire codes. The contractor must be licensed in the State of Georgia and technicians must be NICET-certified (Level II or higher preferred). • The contractor will be responsible for performing the inspection and providing all necessary documentation. • The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. • The Government intends to make one award from this solicitation. • The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
