Description
The Texas State University System is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for the selection of a Surveyor(s) to provide Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Land Surveying services. The services will be provided for planning, design, renovation, and construction of facilities for The Texas State University System and its Member Institutions throughout Texas. The contract will have a 3-year initial term with an option for two 1-year extensions. The total value of the agreement will not exceed $500,000.
Some key services that will be required include:
• Land (Boundary) Surveys
• Topographic Surveys
• ALTA/NSPS Surveys
• Construction Surveys
• As-built Surveys
• Elevation Certificates
• Floodplain Determinations
• Right-of-Way Surveys
• Subdivision Platting
• GIS Mapping
The selected Surveyor(s) will be required to provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to perform the services.
