NOTICE OF INTENT - ENDOSCOPES

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, is intending to restrict competition and negotiate an award with Olympus America, Inc. for the procurement of endoscopes, including colonoscopes and gastroscopes. The equipment must be compatible with existing infrastructure, and the features, designs, and functionality must operate in a cohesive manner for safe and effective endoscopic procedures. The anticipated delivery of the products is within 30 days of the award. • The endoscopes include Scope Guide technology for real-time visualization of the scope position during colonoscopy procedures. • The gastroscopes provide high-definition imaging and NBI technology for improved visualization of mucosal and vascular structures during upper gastrointestinal examinations. • The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112-Medical and Surgical Instrument Manufacturing. • The small business size standard is 1000 employees. • Responses to this notice shall be submitted no later than 4:30 PM (MST) on 6/05/2026 via email to [email protected].
