Dam Valve Replacement/Repair for the Hoosier National Forest

The Hoosier National Forest has three earthen dams that have maintenance needs with their valve operations. The scope of work includes the replacement of the dam valve assemblies at Celina Lake and Saddle Lake dams, and the repair of the dam valve assembly at the U-38 dam. The key requirements of this project include: • Replacement of dam valve assemblies at Celina Lake and Saddle Lake dams • Repair of the dam valve assembly at the U-38 dam • The contractor must have an active entity registration in the System for Award Management • The contractor must provide a technical proposal, a price proposal, and contractor representations and certifications • The Government will evaluate offers based on technical capability, past performance, management plan, and cost/price.
